Regardless of how large or small the project is, whether it’s simply equipment dry hire or a fully-integrated system build for broadcasters, BMH works seamlessly alongside the client to ensure the highest production standards are achieved for each project undertaken.
The first step is to find out what is important to you; what are you trying to achieve? What are your program objectives? What are your budgets? What about timescales and other drivers? We recognise that these will differ from organisation to organisation and will vary between different sectors.
If you are new to the industry, it can be difficult to know exactly what you need and to explain what you want. This is also true for established broadcasters when it comes to upgrading your studios. However, we do, so why not let us help create your Requirements Specification, describing the facilities you need to make your programs, free of charge, which you are welcome to send to other suppliers.
If you choose to work with us, we will produce a detailed Proposal. This will specify all equipment you need to create your project. We can also make recommendations on equipment that isn’t necessary, but you might like to have, and explain how this will integrate into the Proposal.
If you’re happy with our proposal, a project manager will be assigned to you who will work on the detailed design, dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s. This ensures there are no loose ends and that all parties are clear on what is expected from them.
The implementation phase deals with procurement, pre-fabrication, configuration, testing, inspection, delivery, logistics, installation, commissioning and training. You will now have your brand new equipment ready to use alongside your team who now know how to use it.
